## Returns & Exchange Policies ##

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns or Exchange :

- Products not meeting the criteria for “7-days(included public holidays) Unconditional Returns”
- The products is USED
- The products is broken after it is used.
- Dislike or disappointed with the product.
- Personal Reasons

Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once we receive the returned products and determine that they meet the return criteria, we will refund the payment to you.

## Cancellation Policies ##

You can offer the cancellations before item has shipped.
If a shipment tracking number have sent to you, the meaning about that your shipment had been shipped, we unable to cancel the order in this moment.
